I had my first desert driving experience and after clambering up a dune to keep a lookout at one point, I literally did have sand in my pants as per the title of this blog.
In other news, the new James Bond ain't half bad but the girl is bloody annoying, Hostel is a film that proves Tarantino is well past his best and film censorship in this place is getting more and more barmy by the day. The Queen is getting a tougher rating than The Departed and the only way we'll be able to see Borat is on pirated DVD because that has been completely banned here. One of the reasons for the barking mad Borat ban is "lack of storyline" which would eliminate pretty much every crap film that does get released here.

Isn't it a contractual obligation that Bond Girls be annoying...? Skinny but annoying, so you don't mind when they get killed off...?
I must admit that I am rather looking forward to the Bond movie. I'm a fan, and I'm not ashamed to say it.
Famke Janssen as Xenia Onatopp is the best Bond girl. I especially like the bit where she breaks a man's neck with her thighs! Denise Richards was awful. Honor Blackman as Pussy Galore was cool though - I just like the name...
Be out and proud with your Bond love! I must admit Roger Moore's camp Bond is still my favourite. I loved that you could tell he was having a shitload of fun with it and was in no way taking it too seriously. All that double entendre-ing and eyebrow acting - love it!
I have a friend who detests Bond and all he stands for. And she can't believe I like him, being a feminist and all...

If I was an acress (and leggy...) I'd be honoured to be a Bond girl. And Halle Berry proves you can be both a Bond girl and an Oscar winner.
I have no qualms in stating that I am a firm Connery supporter (purr to me Sean, in that sexy Scottish accent of yours), however I also like a bit of Timothy Dalton...
I know, I'm a disgrace. I'll go back to my corner now.
Timothy Dalton has his moments. I'm not a fan of Roger Moore. He was so much better as The Saint.
It's a toss-up between Sean and Pierce... I'll probably go young Sean.
But will await the Blonde Bond's performance before casting my final vote.
Timothy Dalton just didn't do it for me. A bit of a charisma vacuum. I know that Roger Moore is a controversial chouce but I can't resist a good double entendre.
Love Sean Connery as Bond. He was the best.
And he does have a nice hairy chest!
